Job Description: Our current UK Business unit has six manufacturing plants providing a great place to work for 1600 employees producing private label soft drinks and fruit juices for all the leading retailers including Tesco, ASDA, Morrison's, Sainsburys, ALDI and Lidl. We also manufacture for branded customers such as Innocent, Ocean Spray, Weetabix, Del Monte and Um Bongo. We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team at our Bondgate site, in West Yorkshire.  
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will report to the Engineering Supervisor on shift, taking responsibility & ownership for delivering a high quality engineering service in support of the achievement of operational goals and targets

You will be required to:
* Rapidly diagnose and resolve both mechanical, electrical and basic control and instrumentation faults
* Complete all work allocated to you to a high standards having the ability to complete all maintenance tasks across the installed asset base
* Design, trial and implementation of minor equipment modifications in support of increased performance
* Completion of all scheduled, planned corrective, reactive and improvement maintenance as allocated
* Work collaboratively with all adjacent teams (Production Supervisors, Shift Managers and members of the Quality and Warehouse teams to resolve issues rapidly and drive improvement
* Promote and support the company quality & safety standards, focusing on continuous improvement whilst demonstrating the company values and behaviours.

We are looking for candidates who have the following experience & qualifications:

* Appropriate Technical Qualification (C&G Minimum, BTEC ONC / TEC 3 or higher preferred)
* IEE 17th Edition
* Completion of a recognised Apprenticeship
* Previous experience of working within a similar FMCG manufacturing / factory engineering department
* Exceptional Fault Finding Skills including knowledge of structured Fault Finding Techniques
* Strong interpersonal and well developed communication skills
* IT literate - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Internal customer focus with the ability to adapt to the variable demands of the business
* Ability to demonstrate working using your own initiative to solve problems
* Good analytical and numerical ability

*   IOSH qualification (Preferred)
*   Intermediate Food Hygiene

This is a shift based role, working on a 24/7 pattern, 3 on 3 off, 12 hour shifts (7.00am to 7.00pm / 7.00pm to 7.00am) days and nights.
The roles come with a package including an hourly rate up to £17.85 plus a shift allowance of 7.6% - annual salary of £41,947.21. Additional benefits include, 240 hours holiday per year, 2 x life assurance, a pension scheme and free on site parking

Job Description: Shift Manager (31 to 40 Hours, New Store)

£10.30 up to £11.50 per hour (pro rata). Part time hours are between 10 - 30 hours. Full time hours are between 31 - 40 hours.

What you'll do

•Lead and motivate your team, in accordance with our Leadership and Company Principles
